Our co-founder Dzifa Amegashie took center stage at the Ghana Climate Innovation Centre’s 7th Annual Symposium, “Incubating Climate Innovation 2025,” held at the Marriott Hotel, Accra. The event brought together climate innovators, policymakers, investors, and SME leaders to explore collaborative strategies for scaling climate solutions and accelerating sustainable development across Ghana and beyond.
Dzifa delivered a compelling case study presentation on “Scaling Through Strategic Collaboration” and participated in an expert panel discussion exploring partnership strategies for growth, data-driven innovation, and inclusive climate action.

Key Insights from Dzifa’s Presentation:
• Strategic Partnerships: How climate ventures can leverage collaborative frameworks to accelerate growth
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Using climate impact data to demonstrate value and attract investment
• Inclusive Innovation: Ensuring climate solutions benefit all stakeholders, particularly women-led businesses.
The symposium addressed barriers head-on, offering actionable pathways for climate-smart enterprises to transition from survival to sustainable impact, with specific emphasis on women-led businesses, which data indicates face greater scaling difficulties. The event was moderated by Ruka Sanusi, GCIC’s Consulting Managing Director, and featured industry leaders from Arthur Energy Advisors, Clatural, and Ernst & Young Ghana. Dzifa’s expertise in bridging the gap between climate innovation and strategic business growth made her a standout voice at this prestigious gathering.
