Dzifa Amegashie, a co-founder of NvironHive,  is a seasoned corporate and structured finance professional with 30 years of experience in banking and finance. Her experience covers financing transactions in Infrastructure, transport, manufacturing, PPP transactions and SME finance. Her expertise also cuts across sustainable finance as well as  environmental and social sustainability.  

Prior to NvironHive, Dzifa was the Head, Corporate & Investor Relations & Partnerships at CalBank Plc, a leading corporate bank listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange. She was an EXCO member with responsibility for fair communication of the Bank’s financial performance to ensure company’s results and strategies were accurately reflected to investors and shareholders. She also led several corporate actions for the Bank including a very successful rights issue and a private placement. Prior to this, she was a Senior Manager in Corporate Finance at CalBank Plc. Dzifa previously worked for Ernst & Young Ghana in SME Advisory Services and also for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) Anglophone West Africa as an Investment Officer. At IFC, Dzifa led several corporate finance transactions in Anglophone West Africa, involving project preparation and raising capital.  She is bi-lingual in English and French.

She holds as MBA from Imperial College, University of London, and a BSc. Economics (Environment & Planning) from London School of Economics (LSE), University of London
